Job summary

SouthState Bank, National Association is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Consultant to act as a market segment expert and trusted business partner. You will collaborate with Treasury Management Sales Officers to assess client needs in IT, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and design holistic solutions.

You will lead strategic discussions, develop functional designs, and coordinate with bankers to deploy enterprise-wide payments, cash management and fraud protection solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related fields; or equivalent experience.
• CCM or CTP certification preferred.
• 7-10 years banking experience; Five years’ experience in Treasury sales and/or support and/or product management; Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, procedures and practices; knowledge of banking systems and commercial banking practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales Officers to provide leadership and engage with clients in needs-based discussions and deployment of complex Treasury Management solutions.
• Lead strategic discussions with IT, AP and AR and Treasury teams to identify key areas of interest and design holistic solutions.
• Develop business requirements and functional designs for new products and enhancements; coordinate cross-functional teams to implement.
• Create collateral and marketing materials; support training and documentation for procedures and deployment.
