Job summary

SouthState Bank, N.A. in McKinney, TX seeks a Treasury Management Sales Consultant to partner with Treasury Sales Officers and lead needs-based discussions, shaping holistic solutions for client accounts, liquidity, payables and receivables.

You will gather requirements from IT, A/P and A/R teams, translate them into functional designs, and support complex enterprise-wide implementations while helping drive revenue and delivering an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related fields; CCM or CTP certification preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years banking experience; Five years' experience in Treasury sales and/or support and/or product management; Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, procedures and practices; Knowledge of bank operating systems and commercial banking practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales Officers to provide thought leadership and engage with clients in needs-based discovery consultations and deployment of complex Treasury Management solutions.
• Drive and participate in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise-wide applications.
• Develop engagement plans with strategic clients to analyze treasury needs and recommend best-in-class solutions.
• Liaise with client leadership to coordinate solutions and ensure excellent client experience during implementations.
• Assist with training of Treasury Management products and support documentation as required.
