You will guide cross-functional teams, establish project scope, timelines, and success criteria, and ensure risk is managed throughout complex implementations. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in treasury, strong MS Office and PM tools skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to eight years of related experience in treasury, finance, or project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and integration of Treasury Management products for high revenue clients.
• Provide project leadership for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience and drive revenue growth.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management implementations and operating workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with sales, operations, risk, and other internal partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong risk identification and mitigation.
