Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee end-to-end financial controllership across the Americas TBS model within a hybrid shared services setup. You will ensure integrity of reporting, governance, and timely close, partnering with regional FP&A and external stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate finance with strong controllership and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience across Big 4 and/or complex corporate finance environments.
• Strong controllership background within shared services or TBS/GBS mode.
• Proven experience leading hybrid teams (onshore/offshore/BPO).
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrity of financial outputs across the TBS model.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting with clear variance analysis.
• Lead statutory reporting in IFRS and local requirements; coordinate external audits.
• Maintain robust internal controls aligned to Group policy and regulatory requirements.
• Translate financial results into insights and partner with Americas Finance & FP&A.
• Oversee ERP systems, data quality, and process automation to raise efficiency.
