Job summary

TEAM Industries is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to serve as our next Treasury Manager. This role will oversee company-wide treasury management activities, including cash flow, liquidity, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll tax review, internal controls, and audit coordination.

The position includes direct supervision of accounts receivable & accounts payable, as well as payroll management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing multi-plant environment.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the plant.
• Manage payroll taxes and overall treasury management.
• Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management.
• Lead internal auditing and develop internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate annual audit and provide financial insights to leadership.
