Job summary

TEAM Industries is seeking an experienced finance leader to serve as our next Treasury Manager. This role will oversee treasury management activities, including cash flow, liquidity, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll tax review, internal controls, and audit coordination.

The position is also responsible for direct supervision of the accounts receivable & accounts payable functions, as well as payroll management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing multi-plant environment.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury management activities including cash flow, liquidity, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Direct supervision of accounts receivable & accounts payable and payroll management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to plant management and corporate leadership.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
