Job summary

TEAM Industries is actively seeking a Treasury Manager to lead company-wide treasury activities, including cash flow, liquidity, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will supervise AR/AP and payroll, partner with plant management and corporate leadership, and drive efficiency and strong financial performance.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days on-site at the plant weekly, with reporting to the Corporate Controller and a focus on internal controls and long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• 6+ years of financial management experience, manufacturing multi‑plant environment preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury management, cash flow, liquidity, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management.
• Coordinate internal controls and audit activities; interface with external auditors.
• Prepare and present financial reports to plant management and corporate leadership.
• Develop and implement treasury policies for cash flow, debt, liquidity and banking relationships.
