Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a Sr Treasury Analyst to support Treasury across the organization, reporting to the Director or Manager. The role covers governance routines, routine reporting, ALCO materials, and cooperation with risk, compliance, and business partners.

Base pay is $70,000–$120,000 with eligibility for incentive compensation. The position requires 3+ years in treasury/finance, a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of treasury, finance, risk, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or related.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain governance and controls.
• Collaborate with BL Risk, IRM, and Compliance to understand governance routines.
• Lead governance routines for Treasury governance repository.
• Prepare ALCO materials and board-level materials; support reporting.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations.
• Assist with supervisory activities across Treasury; remediation efforts.
• Analyze and improve processes; promote collaboration within the team.
