All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.The OpportunityReporting to the Liquidity Risk Director, the Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting cross-functional efforts across Treasury including daily market monitoring, risk appetite limit oversight, and related governance activities. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be expected to manage ongoing analytical workstreams and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives. This role involves routine reporting and activities aligned with current liquidity risk practices and procedures.The Work ItselfPerform daily market monitoring and produce reporting on early warning key risk indicators (KRIs) to support proactive identification of liquidity risk trends.Execute monthly calculations of Board-level liquidity limits, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to senior management.Manage and maintain assumption-based workbooks and all supporting documentation, including desktop procedures, data governance, and data controls, to ensure completeness & accuracy of internal reporting.Drive continued automation and streamlining of processes to improve the efficiency and scalability of the liquidity risk framework.Develop and maintain working knowledge of applicable liquidity risk regulations (e.g., Reg YY, LCR, 2052a) and the impact of potential liquidity regulatory changes on the bank’s liquidity risk framework.Collaborate with business partners, including across Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Compliance, to support data needs, governance routines, and ad hoc analytical requests.Support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and related governance activities, including preparation of materials and documentation.Prepare and contribute to senior management and Board-level materials, including ALCO presentations and other routine reporting packages.Promote culture of collaboration, teamwork, and inclusion within the team.The Qualifications We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in banking, in Treasury, liquidity risk, or a related finance or risk management role.Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel required; experience with VBA, Python, Copilot, or other automation tools.Eagerness to learn liquidity risk regulations and develop subject matter expertise; a self-starter mindset with intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize balance sheet data, market data and trends, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable insights.Strong attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy; experience maintaining desktop procedures or governance documentation preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experienceHigh school Diploma or GED equivalentHow We'll Have Your BackAlly's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
