Job summary

Endeavor Schools is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and lender reporting across multiple sites. This hands-on, high-visibility role reports to the Corporate Controller and supports banking, covenants, and treasury controls.

You will lead the transition of the 13-week forecast in-house, maintain a 13-week and 12-18 month liquidity view, and coordinate funding, cash operations, and reporting for finance leadership and boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or FP&A, with cash forecasting as a primary responsibility.
• Hands-on experience preparing and maintaining a 13-week cash flow forecast at a multi-location or multi-entity company.
• Working knowledge of credit agreements, covenant calculations, and lender reporting at a leveraged company.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus strong PowerPoint.
• Ability to explain cash and liquidity clearly to non-finance leaders.
• Attention to detail and discipline to meet recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the 13-week cash flow forecast and longer-range liquidity outlook.
• Reconcile forecast to actuals weekly, explain variances, and improve accuracy.
• Monitor daily cash across bank accounts and coordinate funding, sweeps, and transfers.
• Prepare cash and liquidity updates for finance leadership and support lender/investor/board materials.
• Support credit facility administration and covenant calculations.
• Maintain treasury policies and assist in audits and internal controls.
