Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations to support daily cash operations, month-end closes, journal entries, cash and liquidity reporting, and quarterly reporting under the guidance of the Senior Manager.

You will build models to forecast cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure controls across treasury processes, while coordinating with IT, vendors, and senior management on risk and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Experience supporting process improvements and automation.
• Ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash operations, including cash positioning, reporting, forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and manage cash and liquidity.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits.
• Coordinate treasury system upgrades and liaise with Treasury, IT, vendors, and consultants.
• Publish foreign exchange rates and verify SAP uploads.
• Prepare reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze bank fees and optimize investments.
• Manage Treasury invoice processing and payments.
• Provide weekly cash analysis reports to senior management.
