Job summary

Stat Emergency Center in Houston, TX seeks a Treasury Manager to own cash, liquidity, forecasting and lender relationships. You will run daily treasury operations, manage our asset-based credit facility, and provide leadership with a clear cash outlook for private equity sponsors.

You will collaborate with our corporate treasury team and sponsor-level treasury to align group-wide cash, funding and lender decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance or accounting; 5+ years in treasury or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience with an asset-based facility: borrowing base, covenants and lender reporting.
• Proven track record building 13-week cash forecasts in a multi-entity group.
• Strong Excel and NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Clear communicator with lenders, senior leadership and sponsor-level treasury and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Cash management and forecasting: prepare daily cash position and manage liquidity across entities.
• Own rolling 13-week and 12-month cash forecasts; analyze variances and downside scenarios.
• Manage debt facility draws, repayments, and covenant compliance certificates.
• Coordinate intercompany funding, settlements, and equity movements with sponsors.
• Oversee treasury controls, policies, and fraud prevention; supervise offshore cash posting team.
• Improve automation via bank feeds into NetSuite and treasury tools; support audits.
