• Proven experience managing large-scale transportation or heavy industrial construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in high-risk environments, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the capacity to lead and coordinate diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents specific to transportation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members across various sites.
• Ability to adapt to frequent travel, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines in dynamic environments.
