Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a full-time project coordinator for a traveling assignment supporting the Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech or Pharmaceutical project. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of experience, emphasizing strong communication skills and proactive management of project assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignment of positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments.
• Document project field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.
• Provide oversight for the development of Resource Allocation Control System.

Skills

Proven written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Experience with SAP and SharePoint

Ability to travel 50%+
