Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale data center project in Indianapolis. You will lead the electrical construction, from design to testing, coordinating with engineers and site teams to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution.

You will manage ~100 electricians, drive budgeting, and oversee critical electrical systems on hyperscale projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical supervision on major projects, union experience, and a strong track

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred; EV/Pharma exposure acceptable.
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction processes from design to maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards for all electrical work.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for smooth execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians and ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical electrical systems on hyperscale projects.
• Maintain safe work practices and compliance with safety regulations.
