Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale data center project in Indianapolis. The role oversees electrical construction, budgeting, and safety across a vast team of electricians on a multi-year program.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical supervision on major projects with $500M+ budgets and union experience. Travel and leadership skills are essential for success on hyperscale initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred; EV/Pharma acceptable.
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.
• Must have union experience (current or past).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and oversee a team of ~100 Electricians, ensuring their work meets our quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects.
• Handle mission-critical aspects of projects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable.
• Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
