Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale, mission-critical data center project in Indianapolis. The role oversees design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems on a multi-year program.

You will manage a team of about 100 electricians, ensure compliance with codes and safety, and collaborate with engineers and site managers to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Daily per diems are paid for out-of-area work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred.
• Union experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction from design to maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians and ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical project needs and reliability of systems.
• Lead hyperscale project electrical requirements.
• Maintain safe work practices and regulations.
