Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior MEP Construction Manager for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects including Data Centers. You will oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of MEP systems, reporting to the Project Manager and Project Executive.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, LEED preferred, strong leadership, communication and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive experience in design, cost, sequence and field installations of MEP systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, designers, subcontractors and owner reps to align with client goals from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and Turner standards across MEP activities.
• Lead, supervise, and develop MEP staff; manage procurement, budgets, scheduling, quality and safety.
