Job summary

Turner Construction Company, Critical Facilities-Data Centers, is seeking an experienced professional to oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of all MEP systems on a full-time traveling assignment for an Advanced Technology project portfolio. Location: Nashville, TN. Reports to the Project Manager and Project Executive.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in MEP design, cost, sequencing and field install; LEED preferred. Travel is 100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of design, cost, sequence, logistics and field installation experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Ability to identify design features that affect cost and propose alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of all MEP systems.
• Lead and supervise Turner MEP staff.
• Manage procurement, budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, commissioning and close-out.
