Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership, supervision or superintendent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in multifamily construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up construction or occupied renovation work.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and schedules.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with construction means, methods, safety and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries and sequencing.
• Conduct site walks and address issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Read drawings and contracts; communicate with design consultants.
• Maintain an organized, professional job site.
