Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction field leadership or superintendent roles.
• Experience on multifamily construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up construction or occupied renovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Read drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules; ensure safety, quality, and cost control.
