Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced individual to support Superintendents and Foremen on various construction projects. This role involves coordinating trade assignments, reviewing schedules, and ensuring adherence to budget and quality. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience, along with strong communication skills and the ability to travel frequently. This position offers a salary range estimated between $180,000 and $220,000 annually and includes flexible benefits such as medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Superintendents and Foremen on various projects.
• Coordinate trade field assignments and review project schedules.
• Manage training for tradesmen and support Business Development.

Skills

Experience with SAP and SharePoint
