Job summary

Procon seeks a Traveling Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across the United States, based in Denver, CO. You will oversee on-site management from mobilization through occupancy, coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers.

With 8+ years in construction management, you will review schedules, manage safety and quality, monitor costs, and drive project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in construction, architecture or engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management on projects involving historic preservation, mechanical systems, interior renovations, upgrades or new fit-outs.
• Excellent communication with field and office personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction management oversight during mobilization, site prep, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy.
• Support in planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements.
• Review schedule and align work plan with deadlines.
• Monitor on-site processes for compliance with drawings, security, and code.
