Job summary

Walker Property Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team, with a heavy travel load to support our high-profile customers. This hands-on role requires deep knowledge across trades and the ability to train crews and supervisors on site.

You will manage projects from planning to completion, maintain schedules and safety compliance, recruit and develop subcontractors, and ensure jobs finish on time with minimal punch items.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
• Strong technical skills across all construction trades.
• Ability to travel extensively as required.
• Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
• Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors and crew supervisors.
• Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion.
