You will manage schedules, budgets and stakeholder relationships to ensure quality and profitability on multiple mid-to-large scale endeavors. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of hands-on construction project management, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with subcontractors, owners and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction experience with project management.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams; semiconductor exp preferred.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedule; identify long lead items and update plans.
• Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Complete monthly project status reports, owner billings and risk assessments.
• Identify value engineering and scope reduction opportunities.
• Ensure safety plans are communicated to team and subs.
• Assist with preconstruction efforts and buy-out process.
• Detect constructability issues with project design.
• Understand contracts, budgets, insurances, bonds and change orders.
• Recommend staffing and promotions; perform other duties.
