• Site Management & Construction Oversight: Manage daily on-site activities to ensure work aligns with contract drawings, specs, and documents.
• Scheduling & Deliverables: Develop and maintain the three-week look-ahead schedule and the overall project timeline.
• Project Closeout: Manage punch lists, coordinate inspections, and organize turnover items.
• Communication & Reporting: Report to President of Construction, log progress, and communicate with clients, architects, and inspectors.
