Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of senior-level experience in systems or process engineering, configuration management, or IT-enabled workflow design.
• Eligibility for and ability to maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and refinement of international travel processes and information systems.
• Collaborate with OCIO and stakeholders for requirements, configuration, data management and coordination.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for travel metrics and compliance.
• Ensure secure, structured repositories of travel information accessible to authorized staff.
• Provide guidance to support scalable, secure travel information management solutions.
