Engine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Travel to own the full paid performance portfolio across channels such as search, social, programmatic, CTV, and audio. The role focuses on driving net-new sign-ups and converting them into first-time bookers, with accountability for ROAS and LTV:CAC across the travel product line.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in performance marketing, hands-on multi-channel experience, and comfort with SQL/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full paid performance portfolio across all channels for B2B Travel.
• Drive net-new sign-ups and improve conversion to first-time bookers.
• Measure ROAS and LTV:CAC; ensure cross-channel efficiency.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Creative to optimize measurement and creative testing.
• Lead expansion into new paid channels and maintain weekly performance narrative.
