Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations for JPMR and Private Bank client servicing. You will coach Travel Advisor teams, ensure polished, responsive service, and sustain high standards of accuracy and professionalism across all interactions.

You will set priorities, monitor results, and partner with internal groups to close gaps while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing operations.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience supporting affluent or high-expectation customers.
• Proven ability to manage daily operational execution.
• Strong track record driving quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and development of Travel Advisor teams supporting JPMR and Private Bank clientele.
• Drive the team’s operating cadence including capacity planning, queue oversight, escalation management, and quality assurance routines.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams: booking workflows, itinerary accuracy, documentation standards, and tool proficiency.
• Collaborate with internal support groups and stakeholders to implement process updates with minimal disruption.
• Establish and uphold operational standards through coaching, quality controls, and escalation management.
• Demonstrate strong operational instincts and a calm, decisive presence under pressure to raise service consistency.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to optimize readiness and performance.
