Qualifications

• Experience in a concierge, personal assistant, or luxury services role focused on travel or hospitality.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to create sophisticated itineraries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with luxury providers.
• Excellent communication with UHNW clients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with luxury restaurants, ticket brokers, and private experiences vendors to secure bespoke services.
• Collaborate with Travel Designers to manage all travel logistics.
• Craft elegant itineraries using AXUS Pocket Travel Consultant with high design standards.
• Communicate with UHNW clients via email, phone, and in-person to capture preferences and ensure flawless travel.
• Coordinate hotels, tour operators, and guides for high-end dining, spa, and unique activities.
• Update client reservations on platforms like Monday.com and ClientBase with precision.
• Research luxury travel trends and providers to offer timely options.
