Job summary

Chase Travel Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Concur Expense and Invoice implementations for premier clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle from assessment to post-go-live support. You will collaborate with stakeholders and implementation teams to design, configure, test, deploy, and train, delivering scalable travel and expense optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in financial analysis, accounting, computer science, business analysis or similar field or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Concur implementations, with EMS such as Emburse, Brex, Ramp, Navan, Coupa, Workday, or Oracle
• Project Management experience on implementation teams
• Proven track record delivering results with practical project management techniques
• Knowledge of expense management systems (Concur, Emburse, Brex, Ramp, Navan, Coupa, Workday, Oracle)
• Knowledge of invoice management systems (Ariba, Concur, Emburse, Coupa)
• Strong organizational, motivation, process-driven and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to craft functional design requirements and translate into solutions
• Translate client needs to internal and external partners
• Advise clients on best practices and industry standards during design phases
• Evaluate client processes to determine services and support
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Assist with communication plans and training materials
• Conduct assessments to perform tailored demonstrations remotely or on-site
• Configure new software implementations or optimization changes
• Assist with responses to RFPs
• Travel onsite to clients as requested
