Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. through Chase Travel Consulting Services seeks a Senior Consultant to guide Concur Expense and Invoice implementations and optimize travel and expense programs for premier clients.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle activities including assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support. You will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions leveraging Concur expertise while driving user

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Concur implementations, and experience in expense processing or EMS.
Project management experience on implementation teams.
Proven track record delivering results with practical project management techniques.
Strong knowledge of expense and invoice management systems (Concur, Emburse, Brex, Ramp, Navan, Coupa, Workday, Oracle).
Experience with Ariba, Concur, Emburse, or Coupa invoice systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and departments to craft design requirements and translate into solutions.
Translate client needs to internal/external partners and advise on best practices.
Lead or support project delivery across the implementation lifecycle from design to post-go-live.
Evaluate client processes to tailor services and solutions.
Travel onsite to client locations as required and conduct product demonstrations.
