Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Specialist for Global Travel & Expense Systems (Concur Administrator). You will lead deployment, configure SAP Concur, and govern integrations across ERP, HRIS, and finance systems.

The role requires 5-10+ years of SAP Concur administration in a multi-entity environment, strong SOX controls, and the ability to drive regional rollout, data reconciliation, and metrics reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field (required).
• 5-10+ years SAP Concur (T&E) administration in a global, multi-entity, large company (required).
• Experience integrating Concur with ERP and HRIS platforms (preferred).
• Experience in SOX-controlled T&E environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, JDE, Business Central, or IFS (plus).

Responsibilities

• Support global implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Concur Travel & Expense.
• Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with regional rollout and user adoption.
• Manage data flows between Concur, HRIS, ERPs, Blackline, and corporate card programs.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, audit standards, and T&E policy.
• Reconcile data feeds and support month-end accruals.
• Partner with travel management companies and card providers to optimize spend.
• Build dashboards/KPIs for travel spend, compliance, and system usage.
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and help develop a T&E center of excellence.
