Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to handle travel reservations and client consultations. This remote role supports US/Canada based clients with a global team, offering flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage DOT/TSA compliance, policy adherence, and provide fare comparisons while promoting service improvements and knowledge expansion in the travel industry.

Qualifications

• Travel agent experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Understand client travel policy and provide consultation.
• Fulfill all requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.
• Provide the client with industry information such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties.
• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and client relationships for improvements.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry landscape.
