Layton Construction, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Executive to oversee the financial and overall performance of a portfolio of projects. You will own client relationships, lead pre-construction efforts, and ensure predictable outcomes with integrity, safety, and quality.

Based in Tulsa, OK, you will manage margins, guide senior decisions, and coordinate schedules with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience.
• Ability to pass a drug test and comply with vehicle safety program.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and general project performance within the portfolio.
• Acquire new work and maintain relationships with clients.
• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.

• Review project schedules and allocate resources to avert problems.
• Provide senior input for schedules during acquisition and execution.
