Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a senior Construction Manager/Project Executive to lead major projects, drive financial and schedule performance, and mentor PMs and superintendents. You will be the main executive contact for owners and help grow new business opportunities.

The role requires a 4-year construction degree and 15+ years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on integrity, safety, and team leadership. This is an on-site position in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in construction related major.
• Minimum 15 years' project management experience.
• Ability to pass a drug test and adhere to company vehicle safety program.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, schedule, and quality performance for major projects.
• Mentor project managers and superintendents.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new work.
• Oversee pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
• Provide senior input on project schedules and resource deployment.
• Ensure client satisfaction and oversee margins annually.
• Represent the principal in charge for owners and internal teams.
• Promote Layton Way values through integrity, safety, and teamwork.
