Amex GBT Ovation is seeking a highly skilled travel sales professional to join our US-based team as Manager of Business Development. This individual contributor will drive new SME client acquisitions, build executive-level relationships, and deliver customized travel management solutions.

You will prospect aggressively, manage pipelines, conduct deep discovery with CFOs and Procurement Leaders, and articulate ROI while aligning with compliance and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting and pipeline management to hit targets.
• Executive presence with C-level relationship development and consultative selling.
• Ability to conduct in-depth discovery with CFOs and procurement leaders to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales from prospective clients within a defined territory and spend segment.
• Travel required at least 50% to build and maintain client relationships and conduct regional prospecting.
• Maintain records of activity and pipeline progress; present ROI and value propositions.
