McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead transportation and stormwater infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, expanding relationships and driving strategic growth while mentoring engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license in Arkansas or ability to obtain via reciprocity within six months.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation/stormwater engineering experience.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and client relationships.
• Proficiency with ORD, MicroStation, GeoPak, AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation, roadway, trail, and stormwater projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as senior client manager and trusted advisor for municipalities, counties, and agencies.
• Lead delivery of large, high-profile projects with focus on client service and outcomes.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and resource forecasts.
• Provide technical oversight and QA for roadway and drainage projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, surveyors, and specialists.
• Support leadership in workload planning, staffing, and growth initiatives.
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and designers; develop staff talent.
• Assist with recruiting and retention of high-performing team members.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and lead business development.
