McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, seeks a transportation & stormwater professional to join our Little Rock area team. You will contribute to planning, design, and delivery of roadway, trail, and drainage projects, working alongside experienced engineers through concept to construction.

You will develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates, monitor progress and budgets, and coordinate with clients and staff to deliver high-quality outcomes across Arkansas and beyond

Formación

• PE license in Arkansas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and/or support planning, design, and delivery of transportation, roadway, trail, and stormwater projects.
• Assist with project management including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, client coordination, and quality control.
• Prepare PS&E packages, reports, and design calculations; ensure compliance with design standards.
