Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to design, develop, and implement transportation solutions supporting Operations, Sales and customers.

The role focuses on growth and retention of profitable LTL business and requires working at FedEx Freight locations several times per week in Harrison, AR or Memphis, TN. You will analyze complex data, lead onboarding of new business, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years in transportation, business, sales, or operations.
• Experience in the LTL industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to design and implement transportation solutions.
• Lead onboarding of new and incremental business, meeting deadlines.
• Lead meetings to assess customer needs and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Document and communicate customer expectations to all stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and ensure progress of projects using standard trackers.
