• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to design, develop and implement innovative transportation solutions.
• Lead onboarding of new and incremental business and ensure timely stakeholder support.
• Lead meetings to assess customer needs and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Document customer expectations and obtain leadership approval where required.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives with internal and external customers.
• Mentor other team members and ensure adherence to department processes.
