Ardurra is seeking a Senior Project Manager within Transportation or Site Civil to join our Albuquerque, NM office. You will lead design and delivery on a variety of public and private sector transportation and civil projects.

The role emphasizes client coordination, budget and schedule management, and collaboration across engineering teams. A BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years PM experience and a PE license are preferred, with AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience in New Mexico or Southwest US preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong client development and financial management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide design support on transportation and civil projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments (transportation, public works, water/wastewater, surveying).
• Interface with clients, budgets, and schedules, and ensure on-time/on-budget delivery.
• Prepare project proposals, scope/fees, and RFP responses.
• Plan, organize, and supervise design activities for complex civil projects.
• Coordinate with project team members, clients, contractors, subconsultants, and permit agencies.
• Prepare and review technical engineering reports and calculations.
• Support construction administration by coordinating with the construction team and RFIs.
