Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager to join our Prescott, AZ office.

The candidate will oversee the full project life cycle, from proposal to closeout, delivering value to clients and Ardurra while achieving project profitability and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 10+ years’ experience, and a Licensed PE in Arizona or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience in their area of expertise.
• Licensed PE in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience managing engineering/construction projects of relevant scope and complexity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing relevant projects and staff.
• Client management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from initiation to closeout, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Lead project team and assign responsibilities, ensuring timely completion.
• Establish contractor-client liaison network and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Perform progress reviews to ensure compliance with terms, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage invoicing, cash flow, and AR as needed while maintaining client relationships.
