Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support major transportation, transit, and public infrastructure programs across the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and communicating integrated project schedules spanning planning through closeout.

The ideal candidate will identify emerging risks, convert complex schedule data into clear reports for nontechnical audiences, and collaborate with cost estimators to align scope, schedule, cost, and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, planning, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible scheduling or project-controls experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining CPM schedules in Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting transportation, transit, rail, aviation, utilities, heavy civil, or comparable public infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project-delivery phases, construction sequencing, schedule logic, critical-path methodology, and project-controls practices.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules, schedule updates, change impacts, and recovery plans.
• Experience coordinating schedule information with cost estimates, budgets, risk registers, resource plans, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Primavera Unifier or a comparable project-management information system.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• PMI Scheduling Professional or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 for large, complex programs.
• Establish scheduling standards, work breakdown structures, calendars, milestones, and reporting cycles.
• Develop baseline schedules aligning scope, budgets, and risks.
• Integrate schedules across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and closeout.
• Perform critical-path, near-critical, float, and trend analyses.
• Identify schedule risks and interface conflicts before they affect milestones.
• Facilitate schedule workshops with managers, leads, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Review contractor schedules for completeness, logic, sequencing, constructability, and compliance.
• Evaluate schedule updates, progress, earned value, forecasts, and changes to completion dates.
• Develop schedule-recovery options and mitigation strategies.
• Perform time-impact analyses and support change orders and extension requests.
• Support quantitative schedule risk analysis and Monte Carlo analyses when required.
• Reconcile schedule with cost estimates, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Enter and report project information using Primavera Unifier or similar systems.
• Develop dashboards and data visuals using Power BI and Excel.
