Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator based in Seattle to support major transportation and transit programs across the Pacific Northwest. You will develop and validate conceptual through detailed cost estimates, engineer's estimates, and independent cost estimates for complex capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 7+ years of escalating construction cost estimating experience on major capital projects.
• Experience creating conceptual through detailed estimates at multiple design stages.
• Experience estimating large civil/transportation projects.
• Proven ability to develop BOE documentation, engineer's estimates, and independent cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, parametric, provisional, and detailed estimates for major transportation projects.
• Prepare estimates across disciplines: civil/site work, structures, stations, track, utilities, systems and MEP.
• Validate and reconcile estimates; lead estimate validation workshops.
• Perform cost-risk analysis, contingency, escalation, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Coordinate with schedulers to align cost with project timelines and milestones.
• Prepare clear, defensible estimate reports and executive summaries.
