Job summary

Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Lead Scheduler to head scheduling for a light rail extension project in Seattle. You will review CPM schedules, maintain the Owner's as-built schedule, and advise on schedule risk and mitigation.

On-site work in Seattle is required. Responsibilities include coordinating with Resident Engineer and Contractor, developing time impact analyses, and producing monthly schedule narratives using Oracle Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience, including 5+ years on active projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience reviewing CPM schedules and TIAs on public infrastructure projects; rail experience preferred.
• AACE PSP or PMI-SP certification preferred.
• On-site Seattle work required.
• English reading/writing comprehension and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads scheduling functions within Project Controls for the construction contract.
• Reviews preliminary/baseline schedules, monthly updates, and TIAs for compliance.
• Maintains Owner's parallel as-built schedule to document progress and impacts.
• Develops time impact analyses to support change orders and delay mitigation.
• Prepares schedule comments and supports Resident Engineer with contractor coordination.
• Creates workaround schedules and identifies delay mitigation opportunities.
• Monitors inter-contract milestones and prepares monthly narrative reports.
• Utilizes Primavera P6 to maintain/analyze schedules.
