Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Scheduler to manage complex master schedules for major transportation and public infrastructure in the Pacific Northwest. You will coordinate with cost estimators, project managers, engineers, and clients to align scope, schedule, and budget across planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduling or project-controls experience on complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 for transportation/public infra programs.
• Establish scheduling standards, WBS, calendars, milestones, and reporting cycles.
• Develop baseline schedules aligning scope, budgets, and risks.
• Integrate schedules across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and closeout.
• Perform critical-path, float, schedule-variance, and trend analyses.
• Identify schedule risks and interface conflicts before critical milestones.
• Lead schedule-review workshops with PMs, leads, consultants, contractors, and client reps.
• Review contractor schedules for logic, constructability, and compliance.
• Evaluate updates, progress, earned value, and forecast completion dates.
• Develop schedule-recovery options and what-if scenarios.
• Support time-impact analyses and change-order evaluations.
• Reconcile schedule activities with estimates, budgets, and cash-flow with Cost Estimator.
