Qualifications

• Strategic sales experience in logistics preferred.
• Proven ability to close new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify, generate, pursue, and close new sales opportunities.
• Assess business opportunities and propose transportation solutions.
• Apply sales techniques to close on new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with VP of Business Development and operations teams.
• Provide sales reports and track performance with operations.
• Conduct regular cold calls and visits to prospects.
• Quote customers on new lanes and present proposals.
• Support onboarding and distribution of new business to CSRs.
