Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years in transportation/roadway design.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway and multi-discipline design tasks.
• Produce contract plans, specs, and estimates.
• Coordinate project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise technicians.
• Ensure design compliance with standards.
• Support business development and marketing.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
