Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required; SC PE preferred or licensure by comity.
• 20+ years of experience in transportation design and project management.
• Experience managing complex projects for public-sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for transportation infrastructure assignments (roadway improvements, drainage, intersections).
• Lead planning, design, permitting, delivery, and construction support.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client expectations.
• Coordinate disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and quality review.
